David is the son of David Haller, owner of Serv-Ice Delivery Company in Akron, OH. He has grown up around the ice industry, being around the family business since he was a child, and has attended several IPIA conventions in the past. While in school, David participated as the risk chair for the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and the secretary for the Sports Marketing Club, as well as volunteered as a student assistant for the basketball team. He has also volunteered as a student coach for the Special Olympics and has been a fundraiser volunteer. He hopes to participate in study abroad opportunities while in college and continue to participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, and internships. David’s goal is to earn a degree in business management and sports management and believes that obtaining a quality education is fundamental to his broader life goal of contributing positively to his community.

Bayle is the stepdaughter of Daniette Johnson, manager with Reddy Ice. She has maintained a 4.0 GPA or higher throughout high school, earning a spot on the Dean’s List, while participating in cheerleading and enrolling in all advanced and honors classes. She holds a deep passion for aerospace engineering and has a commitment to breaking down barriers for women in STEM fields. Bayle hopes to fulfill her dream of becoming an aerospace engineer after being fascinated by space exploration, aircraft design, and technological innovation throughout her life. She aspires to serve as a role model and advocate for gender equality in the aerospace industry, inspiring other young women to pursue their passions fearlessly.
